There's a noticeable glow, and I can already feel my skin getting healthier. When combined with professional treatments, people have been commenting on how great my skin looks. I haven't finished the whole bottle yet, so I haven't seen any effects on blemishes or dark spots. Despite being pure vitamin C, it's gentler than I expected. Even with small cuts on my face, it only causes a slight tingling sensation. I'll share other products I'm using alongside this one.
ConsThe formula is very liquid, so you'll go through a bottle quickly. It's surprisingly expensive. Due to its watery consistency, you need to be careful with the amount you use. Because it's such a good product, there are many counterfeit versions from China, so be cautious when purchasing. I bought mine from an official importer on Naver.
TipApply this after using plenty of toner, as studies show this improves vitamin C absorption. After application, gently pat your skin for about three minutes to enhance absorption.

Shortly after application, it seems to give a nice glow. I'm hoping it will continue to improve with consistent use.
ConsMy skin is extremely dry, and I knew vitamin products can be drying and irritating. I tried it anyway, and sure enough, right after applying, my cheeks start burning and turning red. The heat lasts until bedtime. This happened for a few days, but now it seems my skin has adapted and it's less intense. I find it's best to apply after using a cooling face mask. When applying with the dropper, it's so thin that it just runs off or evaporates. At first, I unknowingly used 5-6 drops and it was so painful I had to wash it off immediately. Now I only use 2-3 drops. Usually, after completing my skincare routine with moisturizer, my skin feels hydrated. But when I use this serum, that hydrated feeling is gone... it's quite drying. So I have to use more moisturizer, which helps. Given the high price, I expected dramatic results. While I'm not sure if the effects justify the cost, I'll keep using it since people say it's good. Fingers crossed!

While you might think the price is high for the amount you get, you only need to use a small amount each time, so it lasts longer than expected! I've barely used half of it yet.
ConsThe biggest drawback in my opinion is that it's too runny. It drips everywhere even before you squeeze the dropper, so it ends up on my body, floor, vanity, etc.... (I might be wasting more than I'm actually applying to my face...) Also, since you're supposed to apply only a small amount, don't expect much in terms of moisturizing or hydration. If I don't apply cream right after using this product, my skin feels very dry and tight. You'll need to supplement hydration with other products!
TipIf you think it's not working or if your skin feels dry and you apply too much, you'll experience a burning and tingling sensation. Make sure to apply only a small amount, gently patting it into your skin.

I bought it intending to try it just once because it's so expensive, but now I don't think I can use anything else...
ConsThe liquid is quite thin, so it runs down quickly as soon as you drop it with the dropper. You need to be quick when applying!
TipSince it's pricey, I don't plan to use it every day. I'll probably apply it only on days when I use a derma roller to enhance absorption, especially with CE Ferulic.

It absorbs well without feeling greasy, sinking right into the skin.
ConsWhile the formula is thin, the dropper opening is quite large. If you apply it directly to your face, it can run quickly. It's best to dispense it onto the back of your hand or fingertips before applying to your face.
TipDue to its high vitamin concentration, those new to vitamin products may experience redness, itching, or skin reactions. It's advisable to start with lower concentrations and gradually increase for optimal results. The serum absorbs instantly, which might feel drying, so those with dry skin should consider pairing it with a hydrating serum for best results.

The aesthetician said doctors really like this product, but warned to only apply 1-2 drops on specific areas as using too much can cause irritation and skin reactions. Apparently, people who use this tend to stick with it consistently. I looked up potential side effects on Google and found that it's a favorite treatment product among ladies at high-end spas in the US. They really seem to love it.
ConsScent: Smells like sausage and bacon (but more pleasant and fragrant compared to SK-II). SIDE EFFECTS: The dropper has a wide opening, so instead of precise drops, it tends to pour out. The watery texture absorbs instantly without stickiness, but can leave skin feeling a bit tight and dry (like after washing your face before applying toner). This tightening effect is probably why some reviews claim it gives immediate firmness. Despite instructions to apply only on specific areas, the watery consistency makes it run down your face. Thinking the antioxidant and brightening benefits would be good, I applied it to both cheeks. It absorbed so quickly that it was hard to spread evenly. The areas where I applied it started turning red, following the path where it had dripped. Then white bumps appeared all over those areas, making my skin look inflamed or acne-prone. My skin type: I've had very few breakouts, even as a teen. I've consistently gotten treatments at dermatology clinics and never had severe skin issues. My parents also didn't struggle with acne. As an adult, I only get occasional pimples from things like not removing makeup after drinking. I'm diligent about getting any blemishes treated right away at the dermatologist. I was baffled as to why this product suddenly caused such a bad reaction. After extensively researching reviews, I found many others had similar issues, especially in the US where it's more popular. This product seems to work best for those who have never experienced any kind of skin troubles. Even one pimple a year means you should avoid it! It also seems to suit those who have gone through major hormonal changes like pregnancy or menopause. People taking acne medications like Accutane also tend to get severe comedones from this. The satisfaction rate is highest among those over 40. The advertising for SkinCeuticals is aggressive both in Korea and the US. Most negative reviews I found were from unmarried people or those in their teens to 30s. It's strange that teens would use such a potent product, but many people reported never experiencing so many blemishes, whiteheads, sebum issues, and redness before using this.
TipI realized that while it was fine when used at the clinic, it caused problems at home. At the clinic, I'd sometimes get a few bumps in the evening after treatment, but they'd be gone by morning. The difference is likely because clinics provide additional soothing treatments, whereas at home I was using this product alone. It's also difficult to apply precisely at home due to its runny texture. Apparently, it works well for older age groups like my parents. Don't be tempted by claims of powerful antioxidants and whitening effects. It can be incredibly frustrating and even cause burning or tingling sensations. If dermatology clinics are selling this, make sure to test it first. Patch tests on hands aren't sufficient - it directly affects facial pores. After stopping use, all the bumps cleared up within two days and my skin returned to normal. It's truly a scary product, and it costs 180,000 won. The reviews on Naver seem heavily influenced by advertising. If you're curious about real experiences, search for SkinCeuticals reviews in English on Google. There are many alarming reviews. My reaction was actually milder compared to some - people who applied 3-4 drops experienced severe acne breakouts on their face and neck.
