  Pros

  When applied to damp skin, it absorbed surprisingly quickly. Being an oil, it's naturally very moisturizing. It would be great for dry skin types that aren't too sensitive. The scent is strong but not unpleasant. You can usually find it at Olive Young, so I'd recommend testing the fragrance there.

  I recently bought this because my skin was getting red and itchy after showering, and I thought I needed more hydration. However, it turns out my shampoo and body wash were the culprits. I've only recently realized how sensitive my skin can be. After switching to gentler hair and body products, the itching and redness disappeared. I tried using this body oil again yesterday after not using it for a while, and my skin started itching. Out of curiosity, I checked the ingredients list and was shocked to find it full of harsh components. I've been feeling itchy on and off since my shower yesterday. I ended up giving it to my mom, who has dry skin. The absorption was okay during winter, but now that it's getting warmer, it feels too greasy for my oily skin type.

  Pros

  I bought this to use with my gua sha tool. It absorbs well and has a refreshing scent that I really enjoy. I was worried about oil leakage, but the bottle seems to have a thoughtful double-seal closure.

  Cons

  The only minor inconvenience is that it tends to drip a bit when dispensing into my hand, but that's really the only drawback!

  My body skin type is dry. I previously used Johnson's Baby Body Oil, but it felt a bit light for winter when my skin tends to get drier. So, I decided to try Neutrogena Body Oil as a new choice! First off, it definitely has a more oily finish compared to my previous product, giving a sensation of coating the skin! Perhaps because of this, it really helps combat dryness! The scent is slightly heavy but luxurious and pleasant. However, I must say the absorption isn't the smoothest, so I had to apply it when my skin was still slightly damp.

  Cons

  When applying it to the body, it felt a bit draggy and didn't glide on smoothly, which was uncomfortable.

  Tip

  You can achieve better application and a moisturizing coverage feeling by applying it when your skin is still slightly damp!

  I bought this in a hurry as I ran out of body emulsion. For an oil, it has a surprisingly light feel. The subtle fragrance is lovely. When washing your hands with the oil on, it rinses off easily without leaving a film.

  Cons

  While applying, I kept sniffing because the scent was so nice. But then I started coughing immediately. I wondered if there were any allergens, so I checked the ingredients. Sure enough, it's packed with potential allergens. When I apply it to my skin, it feels itchy.

  Tip

  I bought it in a rush, but I think I made a mistake. I'm having an allergic reaction.

  Phew... I couldn't find a body oil with a scent as good as this one, so I ended up coming back to Sesame after trying others. For those with extremely dry skin, it might not absorb well and could be disappointing. However, for normal skin types, it absorbs well without any discomfort. The fragrance and hydration last long, making it a reliable product that's easy to use.

  The ingredients are somewhat disappointing, and the packaging is really subpar. If they changed it to a pump bottle, it would be much cleaner to use.

  For an even more intense hydration, try mixing it with a mild, unscented body emulsion.

  Among products without mineral oil, this one offers the best value for money. For someone with dry skin like me, who uses up a bottle in a month, this kind of product is essential. I don't prefer mineral oil because it absorbs poorly. Even the subtle fragrance is pleasant.
