The biggest downside for me is that it leaves my skin feeling dry and stuffy. The reviews on the official import website praise it as being moisturizing, but I'm skeptical about those glowing comments. Additionally, the import company's customer service is poor, especially when it comes to shipping. They mark items as partially or fully shipped without any notice, and even when I complain, they don't make an effort to fix it. I'd like to switch to a different import company if possible.
