Pros
I haven't used up the entire bottle yet, but I'm currently using it. Definitely, when I apply it, my skin becomes incredibly moisturized and my complexion brightens. I've been using it about 2-3 times a week, and I've been using it for over 2 months now. If you apply it before your skin gets damaged, and rinse it off after 15 minutes, you'll definitely feel like your skin has found its stability. Even my boyfriend tried it and really liked it.
Cons
It's best to apply it before your skin gets damaged, but if it's already damaged... (I have severe dry skin, so my cheeks and the area around my mouth get rough during the seasonal changes.) It stings when I apply it. It doesn't cause breakouts, but it's a bit uncomfortable when I do a face mask because it stings. And the price... I bought it in France, so I got it relatively cheap (around 160,000 won after tax refund), but in Korea, it's about twice the price, so I can't buy it here. And the shelf life is short, about 6 months. If you and a friend or your mom share it, that would be better.

Pros
It feels nice and slightly warming. It's like my skin is being purified. After rinsing with water 15-20 minutes later, I could immediately feel my skin become smooth and supple, and my complexion brighter.
Cons
The price is a bit steep. And most importantly, the ingredients... are crap lol But I'm still using it since I don't have any particular skin troubles.

Pros
After listening to the advice at the management shop and purchasing it, I used it a couple of times. (At that time, I didn't know much about its effects.) I let it sit for about 6 months, and when my skin became really terrible, I used it again. It's truly a honey pack! One application of the Renewing Pack is much better than going to the management shop once. It improved my complexion, moisturized my skin, boosted its elasticity, and helped with trouble spots. I noticed a significant improvement after just one use, like I had received a treatment! I heard it also has a regenerative effect, so I hope it works on my acne scars as well. My skin is sensitive and prone to irritation, but this product works really well for me without causing any trouble.
Cons
It's expensive. You can only purchase it through the management shop, and buying it online is unreliable. Especially if you buy it from places other than Europe (like Hong Kong), there are a lot of counterfeit products, which can cause a lot of trouble. If you really want to buy it, don't try to save a few thousand won and just get it from the management shop or through a purchasing agent.
Tip
The management shop told me to apply about 5ml of the product generously on my face and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing. When the bottom started to show, I thought the amount was insufficient, so I applied around 2ml of the product thinly on my face and accidentally fell asleep. Pros
This is the best skincare product I've ever used so far 👍🏻❤️ I've already used more than 4 jars of it! I usually only apply it at night. (Sometimes I use it in the morning on days when I don't wear makeup) I just slather it on generously and go to sleep, and then wash my face the next morning. After using it, my skin is miraculously soothed, moisturized, and the small bumps, hives, and redness that used to appear at night have all disappeared, leaving my skin looking radiant. They say that if you apply this mask and sleep for over 8 hours, it will give you skin that looks healthy even after just 3-4 hours of sleep. And it's true - my skin doesn't look dull or tired at all when I wake up. This is truly a holy grail product for me! 👍🏻 The friends I recommended this to also only use the Sulwhasoo Renewing Mask now. This seems to be the best solution for skin troubles.
Cons
The price is a bit on the higher side compared to how quickly I go through it..

It's a product that's easy to use in the morning. The makeup goes on well and my skin looks dewy and radiant, which I really like.
Cons
It's a bit overpriced for the amount. And it's not easy to get a hold of either.
Tip
When I'm short on time, I can just leave it on for about 5 minutes and then rinse it off. But if I have more time, gently massaging it in with a bit of water works well too.
