After cleansing, gently wiping with a cotton pad feels refreshing and great. It also feels like the lotion absorbs better.
Cons

My mom recommended this and I bought it.. She really loves it.. I'm a skincare nomad who likes to try different products since my skin isn't great ㅎ This toner was a good fit for me. I mainly used it as a cleansing toner rather than a 7-skin method, and I felt like it really helped clarify my skin. It actually helped remove dead skin cells, which was great. I'm not super prone to flakiness, but it did help with natural exfoliation.
Cons
It has an alcohol scent.. I really prefer alcohol-free products.. While it doesn't actually contain alcohol, the scent is there.. That's the biggest downside.. So I was a bit hesitant to do the 7-skin method with it.

This is really good, it's really great. At first when I bought it, I didn't like it much because of the alcohol scent, but after using it continuously, it was really good. I will recommend it.
Cons
The only disappointing thing was that it had a slight alcohol smell.
