I was worried I would go bald using this! I switched back to my regular shampoo after just 2 weeks. My hair lacks volume, so while it did get softer, my hair just felt limp and weighed down.

My hair feels so soft! It has a healthy, soft feel to it. Maybe it's because it's silicone-free... The scent isn't bad either.

I'm not sure about the cleansing power... Even after washing, there's a slightly unpleasant feeling.
I usually don't use conditioner and just use one shampoo.
And since I have an oily scalp with a lot of dandruff, I prefer a stronger cleansing power.
This one doesn't seem to be that strong.
If I were to repurchase, I'd go for the Mint Fresh one instead, as that might suit me better.
