At first, the strong scent was a bit off-putting, but I've grown to love it with use. Unlike rosehip oil that can feel oxidized over time, Burt's Bees Repair Serum maintains its lovely rosemary fragrance, lifting my mood every time I use it. I keep it in the bathroom and apply it like a body oil after showering, following my toner. The lingering scent is so nice that even my husband compliments how good I smell! While it's called a repair serum, it feels more like an oil. It's composed of various oils and doesn't have a lightweight feel. The volume is disappointingly small. I'm a bit nervous using it in the bathroom as it could easily slip and break. I was let down to see fragrance high up in the ingredient list. The bottle lists even more oils than Hwahae's analysis shows - lavender oil, hazelnut oil, neroli oil, rose oil, calendula, and more... This information might need updating. I snagged this at a great price from duty-free. I forgot about it for a while and started using it late, close to its expiration. Now I'm using it liberally like a body oil. Great for dry skin! The scent isn't overpowering, making it an excellent product for winter use. If you apply too much, it can be a bit uncomfortable if the oil gets into your eyes.
