I really love Lush's signature scent, Karma. Since I personally enjoy the Karma scent, I recommend checking the fragrance before purchasing, as there can be some individual preferences. I have dry skin from head to toe. I love Lush's unique fragrances so much that I've switched to using their Karma Komba shampoo. My first shampoo bar was Karma Komba, and I have long, damaged hair with a lot of volume below my chest, which is difficult to wash without a conditioner or rinse (as my hair becomes very stiff if I just use shampoo). 1) This product lathers up really well with just a couple of rubs, even after just wetting my hair, which I thought was too good to be true at first. 2) I've never washed my hair without using a conditioner or treatment before, as my hair becomes very stiff if I just air-dry it after regular shampoo. But with the Karma Komba, my hair is soft and smooth even without a separate conditioner. 3) The cleansing power and rinsing of this shampoo bar have also been better than I expected.
ConsThe only downside is the price, as shampoo bars can be a bit expensive. I've heard they're supposed to last as long as 3 regular shampoo bottles, but I don't think it's quite that much in my experience. However, once I started using it, I've continued to use it because it works so well for me. I do wonder why Lush felt the need to add color to the Karma Komba, as I find that a bit unnecessary. Also, the fragrance doesn't seem to last as long as I'd hoped after washing my hair.
TipThe most important thing is to remove the moisture after using the shampoo bar. If you leave it in a wet state after use, the soap will become very soft and gradually shrink in size, which is a waste. After I finish using the shampoo bar, I do the following: 1) First, I place it on a soap dish with a sponge bottom. 2) Then, I use a hair dryer (on the cool setting) to thoroughly dry out the Karma Komba. 3) Once completely dry, I store the Karma Komba in a tin case. This helps the shampoo bar last much longer. I also like to test out the fragrances in the store and get advice from the staff before purchasing. But I've found that buying online can be great too, as they often have monthly promotions with free samples or gifts based on the purchase amount. So I've been favoring the online shopping experience lately. I sound like a Lush employee, but I genuinely love this product and recommend it wholeheartedly to those around me.

Personally, the scent is nice but doesn't linger in the hair. After rinsing, the hair feels stiff, almost like it was washed with soap, but it becomes soft again once dried. Without using conditioner, the hair feels a bit dry, but it's still manageable.
ConsIt's tricky to store. By the way, there are aluminum storage containers made by Lush, but don't buy those - they're not good.
TipThe best storage method is to place it on a sponge-like surface. Don't keep it in the bathroom, as it will get soggy.
