The lotion is extremely fluid, so I had to squeeze it out like an emollient balm and apply it all over my baby's body, with some leftover. I have to be very careful with the dosage... I'm not a fan of the airless pump packaging - it either doesn't dispense enough or dispenses way too much, with no in-between. Sigh. After finishing the whole bottle, I'll add an update. Surprisingly, even though it was drying for me until the end, I didn't experience any breakouts or irritation from the dryness...
