Initially, it was a bit challenging due to its thickness, but once I got the hang of it, it became easier to use. I've noticed I can go longer between washes, which is less of a hassle. After washing, my hair feels light and refreshed.
ConsIt's quite thick and I feel like I'm losing more hair than usual. The scent is a bit odd, but it dissipates quickly so it's only noticeable during washing. It's a shame it doesn't come with a pump dispenser.
TipI've found a technique that works well: first, gently massage it into the scalp and rinse lightly, then follow with a more thorough wash. This creates more lather and cleanses effectively. Using it with a conditioner seems to give even better results.

My hair is shedding less, and I can feel my hair texture gradually improving. The conditioner is truly amazing - it feels like I'm giving my hair a healthy treatment!
ConsCompared to conventional shampoos, it doesn't lather as much, which unconsciously leads me to use more product than necessary.
TipIt's much more affordable when purchased from iHerb.

It lathers well and has great ingredients, so I'll definitely keep purchasing it. While your hair might feel a bit stiff after washing, using it with conditioner works wonders. If you have oily hair, you might want to use less conditioner in the summer to avoid looking greasy.
ConsThere's a slight stiffness to the hair, but other than that, I have no complaints.
TipYou can get it at a great price through iHerb. It's more than double the price at department stores!

ConsThe only downside is that when using just the shampoo alone, your hair can feel quite stiff. Other than that, I can't think of any other issues.

The fragrance is absolutely divine - not artificial at all, but a sweet floral scent. It puts me in a great mood while the scent lingers after washing my hair. I actually prefer this fragrance to the Cherry Blossom from Organix, which is famous for its lovely scent. The shampoo might feel a bit rough, but the conditioner is incredibly soft and moisturizing, rivaling even high-end brands like Martins. The ingredients are gentle and the price is quite reasonable too. (I've tried various natural shampoo brands, and I highly recommend René Furterer, Aubrey, and Giovanni in that order.)
ConsI thought the packaging design was a bit lackluster. Sorry, Aubrey! But that's the only flaw I can find!
TipMake sure to use the shampoo and conditioner together for best results.

While it may not lather as much, and you might initially feel it's not cleansing effectively, stick with it! I too felt my hair was a bit greasy at first, but with continued use, my scalp's oil production balanced out. Now, my hair feels incredibly soft! What's more, I've noticed an increase in baby hairs and overall hair volume!
ConsAt first, my scalp was quite oily, but recently it's become dry, leading to tiny flakes that look like dandruff.
TipIf you're considering going 'no-poo' but find it daunting, start with organic products like this. Gradually reduce shampoo use by washing with water every other day. This can help you transition more comfortably to a low or no-shampoo routine.
