It's decent and pretty good. The price is on the affordable side, and I personally have a high regard for the Charmzone brand. I don't really have any complaints. Looking at the app, it seems the ingredients might be divisive for some people. But since it's a cleansing product that you'll wash off anyway, the cleansing effectiveness is fine, and it's affordable, so I like it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 26, 2017
This product was originally a staple in my mom's daily routine, and I started using it when I began wearing makeup. It thoroughly removes makeup, even from deep within the pores, which has prevented blemishes from appearing after wearing makeup. Plus, it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight, so I've been using it comfortably without any irritation! While there's nothing particularly disappointing, one minor issue is that scooping out the cream with fingers isn't the most hygienic method. Also, unlike some other cleansing oils that effectively remove sebum, this product doesn't work as well for sebum removal. - ys****Dry SkinSensitive SkinJan 23, 2017
Great for removing dead skin cells and effectively removes makeup. It leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It has a gentle feel to it. I've repurchased this several times. I had no idea the ingredients were this bad. I'm a bit disappointed. I wish they had focused more on the formulation. - gp******Oily SkinNov 4, 2016
As always with Charmzone, you get a generous amount at an affordable price, and the quality is excellent. I've been switching my skincare basics to Charmzone lately, and unlike the slippery products from Amore Pacific or LG Household & Health Care, I love that this one actually moisturizes your skin when you wipe it off. It's only a third of the price of big brand products, but it's focused on functionality and easy to find, which makes it even better. Please, just work on your marketing! Honestly, this is better than the expensive Amore Pacific IOPE cleansing cream or LG Household & Health Care's Su:ryehan, but why can't Charmzone advertise properly? I'm worried the company might go out of business if this continues. I found that wiping off the cleansing cream with a sponge leaves my face feeling even more soft and smooth. Cleaning the sponge can be a bit of a hassle, but it's really worth it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 16, 2015
If you massage it for 10 minutes straight, it removes sebum and residual secretions, leaving your skin clean. It's so moisturizing that I keep using it! It even removes heavy makeup effectively. It's quite slippery, so you need to wipe it off with a tissue, then rinse with lukewarm water, and follow up with a foam cleanser. I guess that's typical for this type of product, though. When you continuously massage it for 10 minutes, it helps remove sebum and residual secretions, leaving your skin thoroughly cleansed. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinNov 21, 2014
Since I had it at home, I just started using it and found it cleanses quite effectively. It doesn't have that typical oily feel of cleansing creams. The only pigment is the pretty color of the cream itself. I was shocked when I saw the ingredients... If I had known earlier, I would have stopped using it. Like most cleansing creams, if it gets in your eyes even a little, it feels uncomfortable. The container is slippery, so if you get cream on your hands, it's a bit difficult to open and close the lid.
