  I have severe dry skin and always get flaky in the winter, so I bought this specifically for winter use. It's perfect for the depths of winter. Even when I used the Belief Moisturizing Balm, my face still got flaky. This doesn't do that. But you really should only use it on sub-zero days.

  It's really cold and you should only use it when it's below freezing. When I used it on a warmer day, I had a huge acne outbreak. It's quite oily. When I stopped using it, the acne went away.

  Bought it and used it right away, and had a major breakout the next day. My cheeks turned red and felt hot. Tiny bumps on my forehead. Uneven, non-oily acne on my cheeks. I was completely shocked.
