It is moisturizing. It also blocks UV rays, but I'm not sure about wrinkle improvement and skin elasticity.

The spreadability is smooth like cream. However, I can't recommend it as a basic skincare product...
Cons
The color is almost like foundation (although it's not foundation when applied), so it feels uncomfortable to use as a basic skincare product. Since it's a cream, it's more moisturizing and oily than a sunscreen, so I used it as a substitute for sunscreen in the winter. I received this product as part of the Innisfree VVIP kit, but if I had to buy it with my own money, I wouldn't. If you want to use it as a basic skincare product, it's better to use a different cream, and using it as a sunscreen would be a waste of money. Haha. And I think oily-skinned people might find it too greasy.

Pros
I tried it with the kit. While reducing the skincare steps is good, there are many major drawbacks that cannot be overlooked... I won't be repurchasing it, I'd rather just throw away what I was using.
Cons
The UV protection index is not very high. And while it does give a tone-up effect when first applied, over time it just fades away.. My face ends up looking worse without it. Moreover, it's not a dewy, moisturized look, but an oily, greasy one.. Just because it's oily doesn't mean it's hydrating - the surface is greasy but the inside is not moisturized.
Tip
Whenever possible, I'd recommend applying sunscreen separately, even if it's a bit of a hassle.

Pros
As a lazy person who doesn't like to fuss with too many things, this product allows me to sleep in for 5 more minutes in the morning. It feels moisturizing and has decent hydrating properties, just like a sunscreen should. The complete lack of white cast makes it very easy to use.
Cons
While sunscreens are often associated with low SPF and creams with insufficient hydration, there have been studies showing little difference between high and low SPF. Still, the lack of white cast is a plus, as products with white cast require thin application, making it difficult to get adequate coverage. As many cream-based sunscreens do, this one tends to leave a shiny finish, which some may find undesirable.
Tip
Although I'm still on the lookout for an even better product, this one seems worth trying out at least once.

I have to give it a 1-star rating.. I'm dissatisfied. I don't even want to give it 1 star.. I received the Green Tea Kit and was like 'Yay, a great find!' but recently when I opened it and used it... ....?... I don't know why they even made this. The only good thing is that I didn't have to pay for it myself.
Cons
It's shiny when you apply it. But over time, it makes my skin feel extremely dry. I was sitting in the office without a mist, and I could feel my face just cracking up. When I looked in the mirror, I could see actual wrinkles forming from the dryness. These damn things. I'm already aging and getting wrinkles, and this useless thing is just adding to it. Anyway, the point is it's oily but drying.
Tip
It might be good to use this on leather or furniture, wiping it on with a cloth.

The UV protection value is high. It performs its base role faithfully without any significant whitening effect.
