I often received large samples of this from Olive Young and used it without much thought. It was pleasantly hydrating. It has a slightly thick consistency, but when patted in, it absorbs well without feeling sticky. Though it's an unfamiliar brand, I think it works well as a first step in skincare. I just noticed it contains PEG. I kept using it because it felt nice on my skin, without knowing about the ingredients. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 3, 2018
Not meant for exfoliating, but it's not sticky. It's designed to be absorbed quickly with a gentle patting motion. Has a slightly viscous texture. The ingredients are decent and it feels mild on the skin. I have super sensitive skin that usually reacts badly to products, but thankfully this one works well. No complaints. I'm using it well, but don't buy this expecting an exfoliating toner. - kr******Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessAug 2, 2017
This skin toner provides nourishment and has a texture that's less sticky than Shineful but slightly more viscous than Softful... it's a bit of an in-between toner. Among the three, Moistful was my favorite. It hydrates the skin well and seems to make dead skin cells less noticeable. I usually don't have high expectations for toners, but this Boo:skin made my complexion look smooth like egg whites, which I really liked. It's similar to a first essence. I'm not particularly sensitive to ingredients and didn't experience any issues, so I'll pass on further comments. This Boo:skin toner is great for using as a mask when applied with a cotton pad. Shineful might be too heavy for oily skin, so Moistful is a better option. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 16, 2017
As someone with extremely dry skin, I love how this product keeps my skin hydrated even after a while. The moisture doesn't evaporate, leaving my skin feeling wonderfully supple. It's particularly effective in relieving that deep dryness sensation, making it perfect for skin that tends to feel tight and parched. This product works so well for me that I honestly can't think of any downsides. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 5, 2017
I appreciated the runny texture. It might be more suitable for those without dry skin types. Although it didn't quite match my skin, I had no issues when using it to wipe off makeup. Occasionally, it stretches out like glue. I thought its sticky and moist appearance would be great for my dry skin, but that doesn't seem to be the case. After applying it to my hands and letting it absorb, my skin surface felt a bit tight, not quite parched, but lacking hydration. Also, I experienced some redness. It seems this product isn't compatible with my skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 29, 2017
It has a toner-like consistency but feels wonderfully hydrating when applied. The scent is a bit strong, but not unpleasant, so it's fine. This product has a unique position in skincare. It works great when paired with the accompanying cheese cream. Using just these two is enough - no need for additional moisturizers or nourishing creams. I didn't find any downsides. The sample size was surprisingly generous - I used up both the sample and full-size of the cheese cream. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 29, 2017
After switching to this toner, I noticed a reduction in deep dryness. The fragrance is lovely. Applying it just once doesn't provide enough hydration, leaving my face feeling tight. If you layer it about three times and leave just the toner on for about 5 minutes, your face won't feel tight at all. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 8, 2017
I love how moisturizing it is. You can really feel the hydration, and it has a refreshing sensation. I haven't used it for long, so I haven't noticed anything particularly special yet. The fragrance is a bit strong though. - Hwahae UserOily SkinJan 23, 2017
It's so moisturizing and adheres to the skin with a nice, bouncy texture - I absolutely love it! While it does take some time to absorb, this aspect has been improved since the product was renewed. I usually apply it by rubbing it between my hands before putting it on my face, but I was surprised when it foamed up at first. I've gotten used to it now though, and use it without issues. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinDec 10, 2016
Excellent for hydration purposes. It prevents dead skin cells from flaking during makeup application and acts as a makeup booster, helping your cosmetics adhere better. The texture is stretchy, like cheese or glue, which is quite unique. If it weren't for the ingredients, I would have given it one more star. It's challenging to apply evenly, so you end up using more product compared to others. Don't expect too much in terms of moisturizing power. After cleansing, immediately apply it on a cotton pad and pat it onto your skin. Then, gently tap with your hands to help it absorb. This method prevents moisture from evaporating from your face.
