I've had atopic dermatitis since I was young... I've used all kinds of products that are bad for sensitive skin. At that time, the dermatologist recommended Physiogel, a lotion that could only be purchased at the hospital... I used Nanasubi from elementary school, then switched to Clean & Clear in middle school, and briefly used this one. It has similar ingredients to my skin and is free of harmful substances.
Cons
It has coconut oil and shea butter, so it was too greasy and oily, and it clogged my pores, causing acne. It was also expensive, so I regret buying it when I could have gotten a different product for this price.

Pros
I didn't buy this expecting any special effects like real wrinkle improvement or anything. I just wanted something simple like the Ceraclinic Simpline that only has the necessary ingredients. And it's great that I can mix it with vitamin powders, oils, and even use other skincare on top without any conflicts or side effects. I've been using it comfortably for about 2 years now. The texture is on the lighter side but still has some oiliness. Oily skin types can just use a small amount after cleansing. (Dry/dehydrated skin types might want to try the Physiogel cream instead of this lotion) The scent is personally to my liking (though some people find it unpleasant despite it being unscented). Those who like tea tree, jojoba, tamanu, or Burt's Bees Rescue-type fragrances should find this quite pleasant to use.
Cons
While it has some oiliness, the watery texture can still cause a tight, dry feeling on dry or very dehydrated skin. It's best to use a hydrating toner before this lotion, or mix in a few drops of an oil (I personally liked using jojoba oil).
