I usually apply moisturizer after showering, but in this case, the cream doesn't seem to be absorbed into the skin. Instead, the oil just sits on the surface, leaving my skin feeling dry inside. I've tried gently rolling it on, but the applied cream keeps clumping up and peeling off. When I tried rinsing it off with the shower head, it finally started to melt and absorb a bit. So now I apply it without drying off completely after showering, and that seems to work a little better, but it's still not ideal. The fragrance-free formula also doesn't seem to absorb well. I'm leaning more towards the Loccitane products instead of this one.

It seems this cream needs a certain amount of moisture to be properly absorbed, otherwise it will clump and peel off.

The gift item I received has better ingredients and is almost fragrance-free, so it's easy to apply comfortably.

The texture is smooth and pleasant. I also like that it doesn't contain any artificial fragrances...But then again, ugh.

The moisturizing power seems good. I've also used a lotion from the same brand, but that one is for summer use, while I'm using this one for winter.
