My skin was so irritated that anything I used would sting my face. A friend gave me a sample and it was so gentle, not irritating at all, and moisturizing. It also washed off really well, so I bought the large size. I'll definitely keep repurchasing it!!
Cons
There's no downside, but a pump bottle would be a bit more convenient to use.

1. It's great that this product doesn't cause any skin troubles for my sensitive skin. Since I'm quite sensitive, I usually have issues with using just about anything, but my eyes don't feel irritated or stinging at all, so I'm using it even more!^^ 2. It's so gentle that I've used 2 bottles of the 400ml size and am now on my 3rd bottle. It easily removes simple eye makeup. (excluding waterproof mascara)

Even after removing makeup, it remains incredibly moisturizing and doesn't seem to be too irritating, so I'm on my third bottle now. ㅎ
