The fact that it's pink? The design seems quite simple, which is quite courageous. My skin is a bit sensitive, and I bought this toner and lotion without knowing anything about it. After using it a few times, I had a bad skin reaction with allergies, acne, and hives all over my face. It was itchy and stinging right after applying it, but I just went to bed thinking it would be fine. When I woke up, my whole face was red and covered in acne-like bumps and hives. It was so itchy and painful that I had to use medication, and it took almost 3 weeks for it to calm down. My skin was left with scars and marks all over from the breakout. My skin isn't usually that sensitive, so I think one of the ingredients in this product just didn't agree with me. After using this, my skin has become much more sensitive and delicate, so I'm now very careful about what I use. Interestingly, someone I know really loves and recommends this product. I guess it works for some people but not for others. If you have sensitive skin, I'd really recommend doing a thorough patch test before using this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 28, 2015
There are no good points at all. The worst toner. The ingredients are terrible and it's not even cheap. I bought it thinking The Body Shop was gentle, but my face was completely wrecked and I had to go to a dermatologist. Now I see it has 7 allergy-causing ingredients. Even Goodskin or Skindip rated it quite poorly. The aloe line is better than this. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 3, 2015
The fragrance is nice... That's about it, there aren't really any other good points. I used this and my face got all messed up, so I've been going to a dermatologist.
