To reduce smudging, try closing your eyes and spraying a makeup fixing mist a few times.

There's a bit of smudging under the aegyo-sal (the puffy area under the eyes). While friends with less prominent aegyo-sal say it doesn't smear for them, my family members and I notice that by evening, the eyeliner has smudged in that area.
