  It's 6,000 won. Pigmentation - Absolutely amazing... I'm speechless. Smudging - Doesn't smudge at all!! Eureka. Long-lasting - Tonymoly is truly the best.

  There is some smudging in water... The applicator is not in a brush form, so you have to carry a separate brush when using it outside... It takes a while to dry, and there are some marks left on the eyelids.
