Pros
Even when I was a student, I used it cost-effectively and it looked pretty when I used it occasionally. The price is also really affordable, which I like.

It's a nostalgic item.. I used it often when I wanted to transform into a bright red lip. The scent was also nice for me.
Cons
The color faded quickly, and it seemed to disappear even faster because the formula was quite thin.. (It does stain the skin well though).

Pros
This tint was practically a national standard, as it felt like every blackie had one in their pocket. The water tints came in various colors and were incredibly affordable, and the colors were surprisingly vibrant and beautiful, so I used them a lot. They also had pretty decent color payoff, so even when I wore them to go swimming, the color would still linger subtly.
Cons
The downside is that since they're water-based, they tend to get stuck on the teeth and can bleed before setting. The staining is also an issue. The smell is not great, but considering the great value, it's still worth trying them out at least once.
Tip
You can use a cotton swab to create a nice gradient effect. Apply the darker shade in the center and blend out the edges with a lighter color or base tone - it looks stunning that way.
