  This is a 3-step process, so it's psychologically stabilizing and the effects of the nose pack itself are really good. But why are the ratings like this? 😢 First of all, even just using the first product, you can clearly see the sebum swelling up. It's almost a waste to use the second adhesive nose pack. If you scrape it all off with a cotton swab or extractor, it pops right up... In fact, the first product alone is sufficient, but for my younger brother whose pores are clogged with sebum, after using the first product, the nose pack couldn't cover the areas, so he used an extractor to completely remove the sebum.
