I was disappointed by its short-lasting effect. Not long after applying the compact, my skin became oily again.

I loved how it controlled the oiliness of my skin. The orange scent was also pleasant.

It's best to apply it in thin layers, building up gradually. If you apply too much at once, it might leave a white cast on your skin.

For those with dry skin, I'd suggest applying a hydrating mist, face oil, essence, or ampoule before using this. I can recommend Innisfree's Green Tea Mist. I don't use face oils or essences, so I can't suggest any of those. As for ampoules, I make my own... heh.

It's best used at home for quick touch-ups when you don't want to reapply sunscreen. Since it can be a bit drying, I'd suggest spritzing some face mist before applying the powder for the best results.

If you're expecting significant brightening effects, I wouldn't recommend this. While it does offer some brightening, it's not as dramatic as you might hope. Unfortunately, this compact breaks easily compared to others. I won't be repurchasing. Considering the price, it falls a bit short of expectations.
