When I use this, I always have to rinse my eyes with artificial tears and an eye wash to feel refreshed.

Since it's a gel type, when I rub my eyes, it gets in my eyes and makes them cloudy.

The cleansing power is the best!
I tend to do heavy eye makeup, so I've tried various makeup removers from different brands. Among the primary makeup removers, the Vanillakko 'Clean It Zero' and the Skin Food product were the best. Both have good cleansing power, but when I used the Clean It Zero, there were times when some pearl eyeshadow remained as a small spot even after washing.
The Milk product completely removes everything.
I used the Vanillakko Clean It Zero for over a year, but due to the price burden, I'm now using the Skin Food Milk product.

If I had to nitpick, the middle cap is a bit inconvenient to open and close.
And those who only do a single cleanse won't be able to use it.
