Moisturizing and soft application, with an initial radiant glow.
Cons
Excessive oil surfacing... Oil blotting paper is a must. That part is still manageable, but the eye irritation is extreme.... Tearing up and reddening, making it impossible to keep my eyes open due to the pain.

The application is really smooth. In other words, it's very moisturizing. It might be a bit sticky in the summer though? There's a slight stinging sensation around the eyes, so you have to be careful when applying it around the eyes. It's inexpensive, so you can use it liberally.
Cons
The slight stinging sensation in the eyes. It can potentially get a bit shiny. It seems like it should only be used for dry skin.
Tip
In the summer, use something else, and only use this in the spring, fall, and winter.

I was able to purchase sunscreen at a very low price just as it was running out. There is no white cast.
Cons
My eyes are too irritated.. I've been crying all day and my makeup has been wiped off ㅠㅜ.. I'll have to apply it to my body.

the moisturizing effect did not last long.. it started to feel oily.. my skin feels so irritated.. my eyes are so stinging that I can't even keep them open.. I don't even apply it around my eyes. It was great for me that there was no whitening effect!

It really stings a lot if it gets in your eyes.. And it's very oily, so it feels greasy after applying it...
Tip
If you use this and do something like a no-makeup look, it's okay.. Otherwise, you should buy something else!

At first, I used it thinking it was moisturizing, but as I continued using it, I realized it wasn't moisturizing but oily;;;;;
