ProsIt's waterproof, so it doesn't bleed easily. The brush has good elasticity, so it applies smoothly and lining is much easier. I'm using it well.
ConsThere's a bit of clumping. The clumping doesn't happen when applying, but rather in the opening part where the product accumulates.

ProsI used to really like the Proof 10 eyeliner I bought a while ago when it first came out. It didn't smudge much and had great application, so I used it a lot. That's why I repurchased it, but now it seems to go on a bit more transparently compared to before, which is a bit disappointing.
ConsThe application seems to have really deteriorated. The one I used to use would glide on smoothly and leave a nice, solid black line in one swipe, and I even recommended it to my friend. But now it just looks kind of sheer and washed out.
TipIt also dries out really quickly and feels stiff, so it doesn't spread as evenly.
When you rub your eyes, it kind of flakes off in pieces.
If you apply too much, it doesn't cover the edges properly,
but if you use too little, it goes on completely transparent.
So it seems like you really need to be careful to get the right amount for it to apply well.
