It's decent overall. The ingredients seem fine, and the price isn't on the expensive side.
It gets really oily over time, though it doesn't feel that way when you first apply it. I have combination dehydrated skin, and I usually use Innisfree toner (for dry skin) and emulsion (for combination skin). However, when I occasionally use this toner (for combination skin) with my usual emulsion, my skin becomes very oily that day, and I even get a few blemishes. Surprisingly, the dry skin toner, while a bit sticky at first, leaves my skin much less oily as time passes. I'd recommend this to those who lack oil in their skin.
