I've been using this product for over 3 years! It effectively removes sunscreen and cushion foundation without leaving my skin feeling dry. There's not much to dislike, but the price has increased significantly over the years. Still, it remains relatively affordable.

Unlike traditional cleansing foams, it's a flowing liquid, so there's no need to add extra water to create lather - I loved that. Plus, it didn't seem to irritate my skin at all. Overall, it was a pleasant, fuss-free experience! Hmm... if I had to pick something, maybe the slight fragrance? The cleansing is gentle and effective. Squeeze a small amount onto your hand, add water, lather it up, and thoroughly massage your face. It removes everything from eyebrows to eyeliner and mascara (except for Heroine Make mascara, unfortunately). It's a product I find myself using often because it makes removing makeup so convenient! Plus, it's labeled for sensitive skin, but since I don't have particularly sensitive skin, I can't say for sure if it's truly effective for those with super sensitive skin. However, it works exceptionally well for my skin! The only downside? It doesn't remove Heroine Make mascara. Rich and gentle lather Fragrance-free And... the packaging is sleek and minimalist It's called a cleansing milk, but it's just a foam cleanser I bought it for sensitive skin, but it feels like it strips too much oil from my face Glad I got the travel size - I'll probably use it for trips It's a Japanese product, so if that makes you uncomfortable, you might want to skip it
