I applied it to the rough areas of my body, and the rough spots have improved and become smoother.

The fragrance is quite unpleasant. Additionally, there were some harmful and allergenic ingredients.
As someone with atopic skin, it stung a bit when I first applied it, and it felt like it just sat on the surface rather than absorbing, and it became so itchy afterwards that I had to wash it off.

The large capacity makes it easy to apply generously, and while it has a thicker feel compared to a cream, the application is still quite smooth.

At first, I only applied it to my belly, trying to conserve it, but later I started using it as a body lotion too. It has great moisturizing power and absorbs well, leaving my skin feeling soft and not sticky at all. I'm in the final stage of my pregnancy now, and I haven't developed any stretch marks yet.

It's a bit inconvenient to use in the bathroom, and there are many other better options at a lower price, so I won't be repurchasing it. If it was on a huge sale, I might consider it, but I'd likely just think about it and not buy it again.

I've been using this product for almost 10 years. Even in the summer, my body is often too dry to the point where I have to apply moisturizer (I have a tendency to not sweat much). But when I use this, it doesn't make me itchy or feel tight. I have a habit of always showering in hot water, which makes me even drier, but when I'm extra dry, mixing this with monoi oil and applying it to my body is the ultimate in moisturization!! I generally had good experiences with The Body Shop's spa line products.
I've tried body butters and other brands, but the body balm still seems to be the most moisturizing for me.
