The powder fragrance was very much in line with my personal preference.
The oil content feels slightly higher than the moisture, but compared to Neutrogena or Aveeno, the Nivea product seems to have a better balance of oil and moisture.

In the winter, with just this, you need not fear even the bitterest wind..
It's quickly absorbed, yet provides proper moisturization. After washing your hands and removing excess water, you can apply it right away. The absorption is truly faster compared to others, and it even leaves a soft, powdery finish..
Apply it, and in just 10 seconds, you're ready to shake hands with someone.
I've tried all sorts of hand creams, even Burberry's (which I think is just for golfers), but nothing compares to this. 
If the absorption is fast, it's hardly any different from not applying hand cream at all in the face of a biting wind. And if the absorption is slow, it's really frustrating, especially in winter when you have to wash your hands, apply hand cream, and then put on gloves... With this, you don't have to worry about unabsorbed hands freezing in the cold wind.
It's simply the best. This is the cream to beat.
