I wrap the lid with a cloth when opening it to prevent it from slipping.

The scent is not exactly repulsive, but it's unpleasant. The lid is difficult to open. Especially when there's oil on my hands from applying the lotion, the lid just won't budge at all (even accounting for my relatively weak grip).
The packaging is not stable, so it's a bit inconvenient to organize. Although it's a tube, it doesn't squeeze out the product easily, and air gets in, causing the cream to sometimes burst out like a firecracker when I try to dispense it.
