When mixed with the lotion you normally use, it doesn't seem to cause any new breakouts. In fact, it appears to have a soothing effect.

Pros
When I applied it to my baby's reddened bottom and groin area, it got better right away. It's not sticky, which is nice.
Cons
Since it's not a runny formula, the spreadability isn't great. There's a whitish cast after application. It becomes powdery and not sticky at all. You have to wash it off thoroughly during bathing. It gets stuck in the skin folds.
