Pros
This is the only cream I trust and have seen results from. As soon as I apply it, all my atopic dermatitis symptoms - flaky skin, itchiness, redness - are instantly soothed, and my skin returns to a normal state. This is the first time I've experienced such effective results. Creams that are too moisturizing can be irritating and cause oozing, but this cream has the perfect balance of moisture and thickness - it has a translucent, soft ointment-like texture that's great when my skin is dry. The tube packaging is convenient to use, and a little goes a long way. Even a small amount provides excellent results. There's no stinging or itchiness when applying it. On my worst atopic dermatitis days, I apply a skin toner, then this cream, and finish with the Pilalgrin balm - my skin recovers quickly. This product is incredibly satisfying to use.
Cons
Even though I want to continue using it, it's been discontinued in Korea, so it's very difficult to obtain. I tried the newly reformulated La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5, but it didn't work for me at all. The quantity is too small for using it on atopic dermatitis areas, and the price is quite high. It's also hard to find. If I don't apply it regularly, my skin dries out again, and the atopic dermatitis comes back.

Pros
Purchased in France! I bought it on a friend's recommendation without knowing what the product was. It was a convenient size to carry around, so I would apply it to my face whenever it felt dry on days I didn't wear makeup. The moisturizing level was just right, almost like a lip balm, so it was great to apply all over my face. I would always pick up a few every time I went to France.
Cons
The only downside is that it's difficult to use up completely. Other than that, I don't have any other complaints. I wish I could use it forever... While the purpose of Cicaplast is to fade scars, I'm not sure if it actually makes scars disappear.

The spreadability is quite good and it is very moisturizing If you apply it generously to dry areas and sleep, it won't feel dry the next day

It feels a bit oily If you have oily areas, I would absolutely not recommend applying it there
