Pros
It's really great! I have dry skin, but I don't feel dry at all even after using it all day. I've tried a lot of creams like Sulwhasoo and Physiogel that are supposedly good for dry skin, but they just felt greasy and oily (especially Physiogel). But this one is nothing like that - it's very refreshing. The application is smooth, and it provides great moisture. The scent is not bad either. It works really well with my makeup too! This is the cream of my life!!!!!
Cons
It's a bit disappointing that there are five not-so-great ingredients in it, but I've never seen a cream that works as well as this one, so I think I'll still use it even though I know about those ingredients.
Tip
This product is great, and the Hera oil serum is also amazing! I was using the oil serum before, but then I tried this product and switched to it. If this cream doesn't work for you, I'd recommend trying the oil serum.

Pros
I have combination skin that is prone to dryness. My skin is quite sensitive and I often get a lot of acne. But after using this cosmetic product, my acne has subsided and the application is really nice and smooth. It absorbs well into my skin and keeps it moisturized for over 3 hours - that's pretty impressive! I'll definitely continue using the Hera Water Gel Cream as my go-to moisturizer.
Cons
The high price and small volume are a bit disappointing... It's a shame that this product only lasts around 3 months with regular use. The cost is a burden. I'd love to find a more affordable, yet high-quality product on Hwahae, but I'm too scared to try something new in case it causes breakouts. Since I've had trouble with my skin reacting poorly to switching moisturizers in the past, I think I'll just stick with this one.

I have sensitive, dehydrated skin, and I felt that this product really suits me well after trying it! Since my skin is dry, it needs good spreadability to avoid irritation, and this product had great spreadability, was moisturizing, and I really liked it. And it didn't cause my makeup to slide off, which was great~
