  Since I have dry skin, applying it before bed was great because my skin didn't feel dry the next day. It left my skin feeling soft and moisturized, not oily.

  When I applied it before makeup, my makeup would smear. Even when I used a small amount, the foundation would cake up like it was caked on. So in the end, I gave it to my mom. :(
