Pros
Doing both coloring and perming at the same time really damaged my hair. This shampoo is truly for damaged hair. When I washed my hair, it felt stiff like a doll's hair, but after using this, it became much softer. I highly recommend this for damaged hair.
Cons
The price is a bit higher than regular shampoos, which is disappointing, but seeing the improvement in my hair condition, I have no choice but to use it.

Pros
It's been two months since I dyed and permed my hair. Even without a treatment, my hair feels soft and smooth.
Cons
The fragrance is barely noticeable. I bought it based on reviews saying it has a nice scent, but it's a disappointment. My hair gets oily much faster, about 1.5 times faster than my previous product. In the morning after washing, I can feel the oil coming back by the evening. It seems like those with an oily scalp should avoid this. My hair feels a bit stiff when washing, but it's fine after drying.

Pros
The hairstylist recommended it to me, and I've been using it for about 3 years now. It's the best shampoo I've ever used! My hair has become so much healthier, and even though my hair has been bleached 3 times and dyed 2 times, it hasn't been damaged at all. There's not a single split end! I really love this shampoo and have recommended it to a lot of my friends. I also always make sure to pack it when I travel because it's so different from other shampoos I've used.
Cons
The scent is a bit strong, and I don't really like it... But I keep using it because it makes my hair so great. The ingredients were a bit disappointing, though, more than I expected.

Pros
My hair was damaged from dyeing, so I used this shampoo. Of course, it didn't instantly make my hair feel amazing, but after using this shampoo consistently, my hair texture improved!! I also used the Amway treatment, and my hair became really soft.
Cons
I love fragrant floral scents, so I would say 'the scent is good!' rather than 'the scent is okay!' This is just my personal opinion, haha.
Tip
The shampoo alone is sufficient, so you don't necessarily need to use conditioner! It helps damaged hair from coloring, perms, and the like.

Pros
I have been using it for a long time and I also alternate with other colored shampoos. After coloring my hair, I always use this red shampoo and conditioner. The color doesn't fade as much, haha. I always hear that my hair is in good condition, and I can even see angel wings when I go out in the sunlight.

After using the shampoo, my hair feels stronger and styling seems to work better. My previously dull and lifeless hair regains its shine with just this shampoo.
