  I was told to use a little less than my usual amount, so I applied it twice to my hair. At first, it felt like there was no softness, and I thought 'What is this?'. But when I rinsed it out, it was incredibly soft. This is the softest conditioner I've ever used. It's really great for my heavily bleached, damaged hair.
