When I was 22, I bought an eye cream + brush set, even though it was expensive. At the time, I had no idea about its effects. The wrinkles under my eyes remained the same. So after using two bottles, I believed that eye creams were just a lie told by cosmetic salespeople, and I barely used it after that. 8 years later... now... 1. My eye wrinkles are almost non-existent compared to my peers. 2. The wrinkles under my eyes seem to be the same as when I was 22. Now I understand why it was expensive. The product had a nice oily feel and smooth application. If it matched my skin type and didn't cause any breakouts, I could have really liked it...

It didn't suit my skin. It was disappointing that it caused breakouts. I didn't have any issues when using other eye creams, but strangely, only the Bobbi Brown eye cream led to continuous breakouts and a red rash around my eyes a few hours after application. My eyes don't feel irritated or dry. Regular eye creams usually don't make my skin feel moisturized enough... but this isn't overly moisturizing either.
Cons
If I don't melt it with my fingers, it clumps up. When I apply the eye serum or essence and then try to apply this on top while there's still a bit left, it sits on top and turns white and fluffy, not absorbing well. I used to get small pimple-like bumps, and now it's turned into a reddish seborrheic dermatitis-like condition. I don't leave my skin completely dry after cleansing - I apply the essence and eye cream within 5 seconds, but with this product I have to wait for all my other skincare to fully dry first, which just ends up drying out my skin even more.
Tip
Scooping it out with a spatula and warming it between my fourth fingers helps it apply more smoothly without clumping.
