Of all the products I've tried, this is the best for dealing with blemishes. My skin is prone to breakouts. I've tried all sorts of products, but I haven't found a clear winner. However, using the Belief Problem Solver Toner has significantly reduced my acne. - I'm on my third bottle - I use it like a face mask, soaking a cotton pad and leaving it on (after morning and evening cleansing) - It's lightweight and non-sticky - It seems to have a calming effect - It's almost fragrance-free (with a faint pleasant scent)
Cons
- The price... (The 200ml toner costs 30,000 won...that's outrageous But it's still worth it if you can find it on sale)
Tip
I use it like a face mask, soaking a cotton pad and leaving it on Letting it sit for about 5 minutes, then gently patting it in with my fingers This seems to make it even more effective, leaving my skin soothed and refreshed
