I initially bought this product from Olive Young during a sale, just picking something random, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. I used about four bottles of it. I tried other shampoos in between, but when I came back to this one, I immediately felt like my hair became thicker and healthier. Even though my hair is severely damaged from coloring and perming, the split ends haven't gotten any worse, which is amazing. While others say their hair becomes soft and smooth just by using the shampoo, mine feels stiff and I have to use the conditioner as well. The price is also a bit high compared to the amount. I did feel my hair getting healthier in the beginning, but I haven't noticed any significant improvements since then. The fragrance was nice, and using the same brand of shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel soft, so I was very satisfied and continued using it. But looking at the ingredients here, they seem a bit questionable. I bought it because it's sulfate-free, but if it weren't for the ingredients, this would be a product I'd want to use forever. While using it, there didn't seem to be any disappointing aspects, but the price being a bit high is the only downside.
