  Pros

  Gentle feel? Perfect for sensitive skin, with a subtle scent. It adheres smoothly when applied. While it doesn't remove makeup completely on its own, I use it as an intermediate step after my makeup remover. Then I follow up with a foaming cleanser for a thorough cleanse. In my search for less irritating products, I found this one - though it has more chemical ingredients than I expected! I've been using it for years now. It's a great choice for those who prefer less irritating products that don't strip moisture from the skin.

  Cons

  The pump design can be inconvenient when you're nearly finished with the product - it won't dispense properly, so you end up turning it upside down or unscrewing the cap to get the last bits out. That's usually when I go to repurchase. Also, it's important to note that this alone won't remove makeup completely. I was surprised to learn how many chemical ingredients it actually contains!

  Tip

  After using an eye makeup remover, I apply this cleansing emulsion and give myself a facial massage while watching TV. Once it feels like it's melted into my skin, I follow up with a foam cleanser for a gentle yet thorough cleanse.

  Pros

  I've been using this cleanser for years. As someone with dry skin lacking both hydration and oil, I switched to this milk-type cleanser after hearing it's more suitable than oil cleansers. I've been using it for about 5 years now. It removes most makeup effortlessly, unless it's heavy. The price is reasonable for the amount you get. The pump bottle prevents air exposure and dispenses smoothly. It's neat and convenient.

  Cons

  For heavy makeup, you might need a separate second cleanser. Looking at the ingredients, there are quite a few questionable ones. Knowing this, I've tried to switch to other products, but always failed and came back to this one...

  Tip

  For those with dry skin, using this along with the Gel Musang foam cleanser can significantly reduce dryness during cleansing!
