It's hygienic as you can apply it individually. While the amount is quite a lot and you need to apply it two to three times, it feels powdery without a sticky feeling, perhaps due to the alcohol. It's a perfect sleeping pack, so it feels smooth when washing your face in the morning. It has a transparent gel with white active ingredients inside.
Cons
I just opened it, but it's been discontinued.. I hope it will be re-released with even better ingredients.
Tip
I also added a couple of drops of centella essence here. I applied it twice, and the remaining amount I rubbed on the back of my hand. The single layer on the back of my hand quickly disappeared. For dry skin, you should mix it with oil before applying.
