  It's moisturizing and good to use in the winter, and there's no puffiness. It's good to carry around and touch up your makeup. I use shade 13, so it does lighten my skin, but not excessively - just the right amount.

  It doesn't seem to apply very well at first. I tend to have a lot of white flaky skin in the winter, but after applying this, I've never had that issue and it's incredibly moisturizing, just as the name suggests. :) I would repurchase, and at the affordable price, I'm very satisfied. The base color should also suit those with fairly pale skin tones well.

  After using a long-wear foundation for too long, I also purchased a water glow foundation. Just as the name suggests, it has a very moisturizing and decent coverage, similar to the long-wear foundation.
