Pros
This is a toner for dry skin! As a combination skin type, I use it in the winter~ The scent is really nice too.
Cons

The scent is really, really nice. Since I like the rose scent, the fragrance was really pleasant. I thought it would be a watery toner, but it has a bit more viscosity, so the moisturizing effect is good. There's no dry feeling on the skin, and the scent matches my preference, so I liked it.
