Pros
I'm using the whole bottle with my family! The previous shampoos I used didn't seem to suit me well, and my scalp would get itchy after washing my hair. But with this shampoo, that problem has gone away, which I'm really happy about :) My hair does get a bit weighed down, but it doesn't get oily quickly. There's also no unpleasant dry feeling after using it.
Cons
Hmm, when I first used it, there was a faint lemon-like scent that I liked, but the fragrance seems to have faded. So in the summer when I sweat a lot, my hair still ends up smelling unpleasant after washing it :(
Tip
Apart from the one downside, I really liked it! I think using a hair essence with a fragrance would work well with this shampoo.

Pros
I have seborrheic dermatitis (no pimples, but my hair gets greasy and smelly, and my hair falls flat within 2 hours of washing) and the shampoo I was using before was too drying, making the situation worse. I searched hard on Hwahae and found this shampoo. After using it for about 2 weeks, the greasiness is definitely more under control, and the scalp odor is less noticeable. I feel like my scalp is getting healthier. The lather is also really good, though I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.
Cons
The greasiness is under control, but the symptom of my hair falling flat after drying hasn't improved. Other than that, there's nothing else I'm particularly unhappy about. I'm just really glad that it doesn't cause any breakouts for me. There's no nice scent left after drying my hair, it just smells like my normal hair.

Pros
My scalp is oily, but by evening, the oiliness is reduced. I also purchased a treatment, but it's not overly stiff even if I don't use it. I bought the treatment, but I haven't been using it separately. The price-to-performance ratio is satisfactory.

This product is a lifesaver, resolving all the problematic issues I've been stressed about, such as scalp itchiness, oily hair, and excessive hair loss, all at once. The effects started showing after 3 weeks of use. Pulamu has become an essential item for me. I absolutely love it.
