My youngest uncle bought this cream as a gift from his honeymoon, and I nearly jumped when I saw the price... I thought, 'How could I use something so expensive?' This is the first and last time I'll ever use a cream in this price range. First off, the fragrance is truly luxurious. It comes with a dedicated spoon, so you can use it hygienically. And the hydration is absolutely top-notch!
Cons
It's a bit too rich, so I only use it before bed in the dead of winter. It doesn't work well for me in other seasons, unfortunately.

The fragrance is so lovely that I also bought the Idrasol body cream. It has a more sophisticated and cozy scent than Idrasol.

I bought it at a department store, but after using it for a while, my skin became irritated and I started getting small breakouts. I tried applying it one by one to experiment. The fragrance is really nice and lasts longer than expected. The soft cream texture applies well. It doesn't absorb immediately, but as described, a light rolling motion helps it absorb nicely. After absorption, there's no stickiness and it leaves a moisturized feel. When applied in the morning, the moisture lasts until evening. It doesn't cause any breakouts and I'm using it well.
Cons
As someone with dry skin, I feel this alone is a bit lacking, so I always apply a serum as well.

If you gently roll it on, it absorbs right in.

Moisturizing! Oily feel! Usability! I liked everything A bit of value satisfaction haha My husband likes it more than I do..haha The scent is so nice.. I thought it might be artificial, but it's not a natural scent, just an artificial fragrance, which is a bit disappointing :(

The fragrance is so much to my liking that beyond the functionality of the cream (or lotion?), the aromatherapy effect is really great. It is very moisturizing and the scent lingers pleasantly for a long time even after application.

Pros
The fragrance is incredibly lovely. While it's not exactly the same as the Tone Up 28 Baobab soap, it has a similar feel. I can totally relate to the idea of finding the store in Florence by following the scent when you can't locate it. My cousins kept raving about Santa Maria Novella, so I visited the Florence store a couple of times and bought them at around 75,000 won per item based on a 1,500 won to 1 euro exchange rate. I was also able to get a decent tax refund. I brought a bunch back, but found that it was a bit too much for my skin, so I ended up using it more as a hand cream instead of a perfume. The rumors about Go Hyun-jung seem a bit exaggerated.

The usage does feel a bit stuffy, to be honest. But the moisturizing is incredibly good, so it would probably be great for extremely dry skin. I was fine using it on my body as well. Honestly, I'd love to buy it as a perfume substitute, even if I don't use it on my face, but I don't think I could justify the price at the department store. Since the euro is still relatively cheap, it might be even more affordable.

Compared to domestic products, the shelf life is a bit shorter and the storage is a bit more finicky. It seemed to spoil faster in higher temperatures. Don't be stingy with it - use it generously.
