I highly recommend this for blemish-prone skin. I've been using this product exclusively for 4 years now. While it may not necessarily feel like it's alleviating blemishes, as someone with sensitive skin when it comes to cleansing, this feels much cleaner compared to other foam products I've used before. After washing, my skin feels more supple without any severe deep dryness. The most disappointing aspect is the product's scent... I've been using it for so long that I don't really notice, but apparently when I come out after washing my face, others say there's a strange lingering fragrance. For best results, apply a small amount of water to your face, then spread the product all over and gently massage. Next, add more water and massage again while cleansing. My dermatologist recommended this cleansing gel for blemishes, and I loved it so much I repurchased! Oh, and here's a little secret - instead of splurging at the clinic, get it from online resellers (wink wink). A friend with similar skin to mine tried it on my recommendation and says it's amazing! Well, I prefer products with a bit more lather, and this one's a bit challenging to foam up. That's why I bought a bubble maker from a beauty store to use with it! Since this product doesn't lather well on its own, I'd recommend using a bubble maker with it for the best experience!
