  It really turns my skin naturally fair. There's also a term 'creamy', but if you apply it right after a good base, it goes on smoothly without streaking.   The finish was nice - matte on the outside and moisturized on the inside.

  There was also some white cast...After using it for over a week, it started to feel very drying and irritating, and I developed some hives-like rashes. It got really red, almost like atopic dermatitis..I ended up not even using half of it and just left it alone. I'm too scared to use it again.
