Even though it's a powder, it's still fluffy enough that I don't need to apply powder separately. And the adhesion is amazing - no need to say more, it's just great 👍 After applying, if I rub my face, unlike other cushion products, hardly any residue transfers to my hand or leaves marks on my face.
