It feels like the fragrance is nice, it's soft, and my hair feels better.

However, the disappointing part is that the ingredients are not gentle, so it's a bit concerning.

The fragrance is a rare, neutral and non-irritating scent in the hair product market, which is mostly dominated by floral and powdery/musky fragrances. It has a slightly masculine perfume-like scent, but it's not like the typical "dad's skin" smell. Instead, it's refreshing, soothing, and feels familiar, as if you've smelled it somewhere before. While it's marketed as a masculine fragrance, many unisex perfumes these days tend to be fresh and not overly gender-specific. This product has that kind of vibe. The best way to experience it is to smell it yourself, but it's not the typical sweet, powdery scent you'd find in most shampoos, so I'd recommend giving it a try if you've grown tired of those fragrances. The fragrance of the treatment doesn't last very long, but I also use hair oil and can still catch a whiff of it when I bring my hair close to my nose. The texture is not too thick or too thin, and it has a yellowish color. After shampooing, you can gently massage it into your hair, and while it doesn't have an immediate, eye-catching effect, you can definitely feel your hair becoming softer when rinsed. It's also fine to apply a bit more to heavily damaged ends. The effects are really good, so even though the ingredients aren't the best and it even contains unnecessary colorants, I was originally going to give it 2 stars, but ended up giving it 3 stars because the results are truly impressive. At first, I wasn't sure if it would work, but this is one of the top 5 most effective hair treatments I've ever used. As someone with thick, wavy, and damaged long hair that tends to get frizzy easily, using this product keeps my hair calm and well-maintained, even when it gets a bit messed up by the wind. A quick brush-through with my hands is usually enough to restore it to its original state, which is really surprising. I had zero expectations, but this product has exceeded them, and it's rare to find something with such poor ingredients but such great effects.

I was satisfied using the product, but when I checked the ingredients, I was disappointed to find that they were even worse than I had expected. At the very least, they could have removed the unnecessary colorant, but I really don't understand why Dove insists on adding unhelpful colorants to their shampoos and other products. As for the fragrance, if they're going to include it, it would be better if they made it last longer. Usage: In the summer or for oily scalps, this product has a high risk of causing the hair to become lank and stringy if used excessively, as the hair can become too weighed down and appear limp.

While I've seen sufficient effects from this product, the ingredients are a concern, so I'm hesitant to repurchase it. However, for those who are primarily looking for a product with great results, regardless of the ingredients, I think this would be worth trying at least once.
